I'm working on a series of "Blue & White" paintings. The first two are on the "Art Images and Illustrations page.
Lately, I've tried experimenting with different papers and textures. Gradient paper is interesting and I worked with different colors until I decided that blue was a natural choice for soft white flowers. Inspired by the soft translucent petals of spring daffodills, I started painting petals smaller and more "cup" shape. I like the curves and the hint of yellow in the middle gave the flowers just enough color.
The first painting is "Untitled" --- Maybe you can suggest a title ???
The second painting is titled "Lean on me." Tulips are always a "welcome" in spring.
Going to start the 3rd painting in a few days. I'm thinking Lilies . . . . maybe ???
